Feeding the Hungry

Isaiah 58:10

Feed the hungry, and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will be as bright as noon.

Uganda is a nation full of opportunity and although our heart breaks for the hungry and troubled there, how much more should our hearts break for those who do not know Jesus? When you walk through the streets of the Rakai District it's not hard to see the physical needs of the people. After all God has commanded us to feed the poor and help those in trouble. God has allowed us this great opportunity to not only physically help those living in the Rakai District but to share the light of Jesus with them.

We had the opportunity partner with Kisa Outreach to provide meals to over 200 households for families in the Rakai District. Pray with us that these opportunities will open up doors to also minister to these families and share the love of Jesus with them.
